I have ADD when it comes to food, and love when I find new, healthy products to try. This month I've been really into coconut and almond products and probiotics!
I'm allergic to milk so i'm always trying to find alternatives. I noticed I was consuming a lot of soy products and too much of one thing can never be good, especially soy which has a large amount of estrogen in it. SO, i was excited when I started seeing a lot of coconut and almond milk products.

Hi Melis, I posted a test because it wouldn't let me submit my comment yesterday when I tried to post one.
I think you should try kombucha. If you ignore the floaters in them I think you would really like it.
I also have been loving KIND bars lately! They have been my go to bar after Larabars.
Difficult to find the almond and apricot Kind Bars. Where have you found them?
I love the strawberry cream Kefir.
Unable to drink kombucha. Healthy, but do not like the fermented taste. Anita likes it and makes her own.
I get the Almond and Apricot bars at Whole Foods. I went yesterday and picked some up for you :) I'll put them in the mail later this week so that you have them when you are back from your trip. xo
